with all of the NPC churches this year on matters related to
scheduling and hosting Covenant missionaries.

for your church.
- Advice on coordinating
within your church to determine the venues in which you can most
effectively utilize the missionary(s).
- The process for scheduling
the missionary(s).

observe to complete the scheduling and coordination process.

for making this process pleasant and workable for the missionaries,
your church and the scheduling coordinators.

Note: Missionary(s)
is a term used here to denote Covenant representatives available
for church visits during intineration period.
